NOTE:

        Submission of form will be treated as acceptance of all terms and conditions laid down by the school authority.

        The list of applicants shortlisted for verification will be displayed and in the event of many applicants getting identical final scores in the lowest eligible scores, a draw of lots will be conducted. However the draw of lots will only be conducted in case of availability of seats for admission.

        The calculation of the final scores of your application will be done by the School Admission Committee and is subject to verification of the below listed documents in original. In case the documents are not complete at the time of verification, admission shall not be granted on conditions of submitting documents at a later date.

DOCUMENTS REQUIRED:

To be self-attested and must be attached with a copy of the online form. In case of incomplete submission of any required document/s along with the form the application will be rejected.

Final admission is subject to the verification of the following documents [in original].

1.  Birth Certificatewith the child?s nameendorsed by the Registrar of Birth:

2.     Proof of Residential Address: Any two proofs of residential address. One must be current and one atleast six months prior to date of the application:

b. Lease Deed made at least six months prior to the submission of the application form/ Current Electricity Bill / Current MTNL phone Bill ]

3.     In case of Sibling applicants:

4.     In case of Alumni of Manava Bharati (father/mother/both):

[X / XII CBSE Board Certificate]

5.     Transfer Case:

[A certificate from the employer stating the details of posting/ transfer/ relocation after 01/01/2014 & Residence proof of previous place of posting]

6.     First Child: [Affidavit stating the same on a non-judicial stamp paper of avalue of Rs. 10/- and should be duly attested by a Notary Public.]

NOTE:Seats for 25% economically weaker section and disadvantaged group includes 3% seatsreserved for children with special needs and suffering from disabilities however, Manava

Bharati is a general school and not a school for children with special needs and disabilities.

Therefore, only those children who can be part of the mainstream under inclusive education with the available facilities in the school both medical and otherwise would be considered for admission. A certificate of disability (in original) from a Government hospital should be shown at the time of verification.

IMPORTANT:

        No Undertaking in lieu of the original documents mentioned above will be accepted at the time of verification.

        The school reserves the right to cancel the application of any candidate at any stage in-case of incomplete form, wrong/ incorrect information/document or incomplete submission any required document(s) along with the form.

        School reserves the right to verify the residential address of the applicants through home visits.

        A Demand Draft of a sum of Rs. 42,330/- in the name of Manava Bharati Nursery School along with a medical certificate is required for subsequent admission.

Every year we have more applicants than seats available. It is not possible to admit every child applying for admission. Inability of the candidate to secure a seat is in no way a reflection of his/her caliber.
