On April 7, 2010, the students were sensitized about health and wellbeing on the occasion of World Health Day. A Yoga expert from Bhartiya Yoga Sansthan taught them various aasans like pranayam to remain healthy from inside. School principal Saroj Bansal gave a good speech about health, asking students to follow clean habits to keep diseases at boy. She told them that good health means a total harmony of mind, body and soul. Positive attitude should prevail along with humour for good emotional health. The students took part in various contests based on health issues and presented skits, recited poems and stage plays. School PGT teacher (Biology) also stressed on good health and precautions. He talked on the subject “Health and Longevity; and asked students to Follow India’s own ancient ways to keep healthy.
