amity international school, noida students were taken to ice-cream factory at nirula’s hotel
On April 13, the students of primary and middle sections got a cool treat from their school. They were taken to ice-cream factory at Nirula’s Hotel, Noida (Sec-2). Accompanying with these 30 students were assistant editor, Global Times Tulika Bannerji and school teachers. There, they had a first-hand experience of ice-cream making. Nirula’s makes 21 kinds of ice-cream, and is famous for its unique ice-cream flavour and taste. Students enjoyed the trip and the live experience at ice-cream museum. They also ate cookies, French Fries, played games with Nirula’s caps on their heads. The ice-cream experts taught them about various ice-cream making methods and its history. They also get a freezing experience at Nirula’s cold rooms which had – 34.5 celcius temperature. Nirula’s launches a new flavour every month. They saw that in tank one, the water is boiling. In tank tow, ingredients are added. In tank three, cream is added. Finally, in tank four, mixture cools down. For all 30 students, it was really an amazing experience.
