The school went into deep mourning as its one of the brightest students, ten-year old. Shivam Soni died at a hotel in Mussoorie. He was studying in class V and went on a school trip to the hill station. He died on 9 May.The boy didn’t celebrate his birthday (30 April) so that, he could use that money to go to Mussoorie with other kids. The last words his parents heard from him on phone were I’m sailing high above the clouds here (Mussoorie)”. Now, they have nothing but his photographs to look at.But the matter is under police as they suspect a murder. He died in mysterious conditions. He went there on 7 May long with 179 other students and a few teachers. The hotel guard told the boy has some stomach problem, and he fell on his back from a height of 40 meters. The postmortem report failed to several anything. The boy was a fine skater and loved hill stations. The school said it was accidental. But his parents hold the school responsible for their son’s death police is investigating the matter.
