On April 17, 2010, Microsoft in association with Rotary Club of Delhi started a special programme in the school known as “Microsoft certified E-Learning Initiative;. The list of esteemed guests included Ashish Ghosh (District Governor), Sanjeev Jawahar (President, Rotary club of Delhi, South East, and Sanjay Kapoor (president, Rotary Club, New Delhi). The students showed their artistic talents through a number of cultural shows to entertain the guests. The 60-hour workshop will train 25 secondary school teachers and 75 senior students-mostly belonging to poor Families. They will learn how to work on computers and do office works. School principal Rachna Pant and manager KK Sharma hoped that the programme will help students to be aware with computer works. They also felt proud to introduce this programme – First time in any Delhi School. The vote of thanks was proposed by the principal.
