Rotary Club of India and Ramjas school partnered to build a science park in the school some time back. Their pledge bore fruit as the park was now opened to students in the presence of the chief guest Sanjeev Jawahar (president, Rotary Club, Delhi, South East).The inauguration day was also used to declare two scholarships of Rs.5000 each which are to be given to two students of class XII. The park’s aim is to promote scientific attitude and temperament among school’s students through a number of ways and models including interactive open air play system which will stimulate students’ brain towards seeking scientific knowledge. There are 8 models in this park.The students also entertained guests on the occasion with a number of cultural programmes including songs and dances. School principal Rachna Pant encouraged students to take interest in science and use the park to further their scientific enquiry.
