saarc delegates visited amity international school, noida
SAARC delegates visited the school. It was part of a cultural exchange programme, held by Indian centre for cultural relations (ICCR). The 16-member delegates from countries like Afghanistan and Nepal remained her from April 13 to 16. They also watched Bhangra dance by Sukinder Singh at ICCR’S Azad Bhawan. Sri Lankan delegates presented their country’s folk dance. The 16 students loved Indian culture and traditions. They found people very warm and cordial. They also appreciated Amity School’s facilities and innovative teaching modules. They roamed across city, visited malls and historical places. Amity School enthralled them with a 45-min dance, music and drama show. Nepali students also performed their folk dance. The whole programme was very enlightening for both parties.
