The students had a learning day at India Habitat Centre where they participated in the 5th CMS Vatavaran and wildlife film festival. The festival showed films on sustainable technologies.' These globally appreciated and award-winning films provoked watchers to think deeply about the environmental issues and the health of the planet.Other equally engaging programmes included eco tour,expos,symposiums,workshops,panorama,journalists' congress and experts talks. The hall was full to capacity with around 100 delegates. They also got to see a workshop on animation for eco-conservation by Harol Raichur (Pune). Vijay Bedi,a famous wildlife film maker,also conducted a workshop. The students (40) participated in an eco-game called green tambola. The activities increased their knowledge and concerns about the planet and nature.
