Students usually sleep very late as they love to chat, play video games or watch their favourite shows and films until 11 or 12 in the night. If they sleep late, how could they wake up early. And since, they have to wake up early to catch their school buses, they deprive their mind and body from resting for a necessary 6-8 hours.Sleeping less makes children yawn in the class rooms. They lose focus and feel body pain, go through cold and headache all the day. In this condition, no kid should be expected to perform well in any field of life. This is vital due to new phenomenon known as delayed sleep phase syndrome.
